How to cook
1. Wash prawns and vegetables before cutting.
2. Boil carrot roughly then cut to pieces and peel.
3. Heat the wok, add oil, garlic, fry until fragrant, add prawns, fry roughly, add carrot, Chinese leek and soup stock, fry roughly.
4. Seasoning with fish sauce, light soy sauce, salt, fry thoroughly, remove and set on plate to serve.
