How to cook

1. Cut mushroom stem, wash, divide the big flowers into pieces.
2. Bring chicken stock to a boll, add lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves and mushroom, allow 5 minutes.
3. Seasoning with fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and hot chili, sprinkle with coriander.
